Policy 

 

Processing takes apprx 1-3 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays)  Once order is ready to ship you will receive your tracking email. Once tracking email is received tracking activity will become available within 24 hours 

 

Can I make changes to my order? Refunds/Returns/Cancellations   

 

Refunds- All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to the nature of the products and the fact that hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by buyer,  for this reason all sales are final.

 

How long does shipping take?

 

After order is processed and tracking # is received shipping takes approximately 3-5 days to receive please contact United States Postal Services (USPS) if package is delayed.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages and Incorrect Addresses 

 

We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide on your order. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. 


 

Payment and ordering

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest and secure ways to make payments online. We accept the following payment types for your protection and ours: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

 

How to use PayPal- Once you reach the checkout page and select the PayPal option, and click the "CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON", you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be able to complete the checkout process. Simply follow one of the options to pay with your credit card.
